HOW WE GENERATED HARRY'S PILATES BUSINESS

STEP 1: INTRODUCTORY MEETING
Fact finding and introduction call. I had a meeting with Harry over the phone to discuss her goals and what she wanted to achieve with her pilates marketing. We discussed strategies, video ideas and a longer term plan.
STEP 2: RESEARCH
After this meeting, I went and did some more research into Harry's socials. I assessed her current social media presence, how often she was posting, what she was posting and who her primary target audience was. This helped develop my video ideas to target the audience more effectively.
STEP 3: PRODUCING THE CONTENT
After the planning is complete, I went to 4 of Harry's pilates sessions at different locations and filmed a variety of content. This included general shots of the classes to showcases the exercises and atmosphere, as well as interviews with some of the participants and Harry herself. At the end of the filming block, I created 10 short form videos for Harry to post.
STEP 4: POST AND OPTIMIZE
I delivered the high quality 4K videos to Harry via a secure folder on Dropbox. I then walked Harry through the best way to upload the videos to her Facebook and Instagram to not only optimize quality but ensure the videos would be formated correctly on the platforms and not cropped.
STEP 5: MAINTAIN AND GROW
For many businesses, the main struggle with their marketing is not having the time or the energy to consistently post on their socials. Short form social media content can be the key to expanding your presence online by giving more frequent, personable insights into how your business runs.
I can help you strategize, plan, film and edit a series of short form social media clips, which can include anything from 30 second promo insights to your classes or events, to client testimonials, to structured interviews with you, the business owner. You will then have a selection of high quality clips for social media which can be posted consistently over time.
Within the first 2 weeks of Harry posting a few client testimonial videos, she had already received interest from people wanting to join her classes. The new videos received a great number of likes, shares and interactions, which was a huge increase from her old posts. By utilising high quality short form content, her social media pages started to create a stronger sense of community, which has ultimately helped drive leads and sales.
